You’ll meet with Dr. Mitchell to talk through your health history, symptoms, and goals. We’ll perform a thorough exam — posture and mobility assessments — and take on-site X-rays when needed. Unlike many offices, we believe imaging is essential for understanding the root cause of your pain. Once we’ve reviewed everything, we’ll explain your personalized care plan and may provide your first gentle adjustment the same day if appropriate.
